1.    www.floridastudentfinancialaid.org

2.    click (on the left tab) GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS

3.    click up top on APPLY HERE

4.    then click on STUDENT APPLICATION

5.    after completing the form be SURE TO CLICK ON SUBMIT – OR IT WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA BRIGHT FUTURES OFFICE

6.    PRINT OUT FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS!
